Did you know...?
The Aeschynanthus family, also known as Lipstick Plant, features flowers that emerge from buds. The 'Polka Dot' variety has trailing vines that produce round leaves and pretty pink flowers. These plants are native to tropical SE Asia and require a bright, indirect light and frequent watering in the summer. Misting is necessary to keep the leaves hydrated, and care should be taken in the winter to avoid cold temperatures.
