What does this policy cover?
General Conditions
Rose Clover is happy to exchange items with the original receipt within 14 days of the purchase date.
All items must be in a saleable condition and in the original packaging.
Plants, perishables and earrings are excluded from our returns policy unless by prior agreement.
If your item is damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of the purchase otherwise an exchange cannot be offered.
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition when you purchased it, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your item(s) before purchasing in store or check them once delivered, and contact us immediately if you notice any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we are not able to include them in our returns policy. If you are having issues looking after your plant(s), please get in touch as we are more than happy to share our expertise.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at team@roseclover.co.uk
