Delivery
Nothing is better than a plant delivery! We operate our own hand delivery service covering Portsmouth in our little van and for everywhere else in the UK, we offer shipping services via third party couriers (scroll down for more info).

We aim to turn these deliveries around within 1-2 working days. If you're sending a gift for a special occasion like a Birthday or Anniversary and would like to choose a delivery day, please mention this in the comments section during checkout. If it's a last minute request for Same Day Delivery, please phone the shop on 02392 432840 so we can confirm whether it's possible.
If you or the gift receiver are not home when the delivery is attempted, we will post a card through the door with the shop contact details to arrange a re-delivery or collection. The order will only be left in a secure place or with a neighbour if we feel it is safe to do so or you have instructed us.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is also available during the checkout process. Simply place your order to reserve the items and we'll get everything bagged up ready for pickup within an hour of receiving it.
Click & Collect is a free service and operates from our Portsmouth store Tuesday to Sunday, 10am-4pm. The address is 97 Elm Grove, Southsea. PO5 1LH.
Shipping
We ship our stock everywhere in the UK and have two shipping services:
- Standard Shipping Service (3-5 working days) = £6.99
- Premium Express Service (1-2 working days) = £8.99
The only difference between our shipping services is that our team will prioritise packing and despatching the Premium Express orders ahead of the Standard ones. All our plants will be carefully wrapped to ensure they arrive safe and sound. Both shipping options use a speedy courier service so your items are not in the box for too long.
If you are purchasing a physical gift card or greetings card, the shipping charges above do not apply and will be as follows:
- Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded = £1.60
- Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded = £1.25
Returns Policy
We offer a full refund or exchange on all our pots and non-perishable gift items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in a saleable condition and you have a receipt. Our houseplants are not included within our returns policy.
All our pots are checked for faults and we also encourage our customers to carry out a check before purchasing. If for any reason you have bought a pot from us and you notice a fault when you get home, please let us know straight away by phoning the shop on 02392 432840 or emailing team@roseclover.co.uk if the shop is closed. We offer a 24 hours grace period in which you can exchange faulty goods.
